We will continue striving to offer products made with plenty of local ingredients next year, and we look forward to your continued support. Due to stollen production, we will not be at the market on November 29 or December 6.

Stollen Details:

  • Size: 20 cm (L) × 8 cm (W) × 5.5 cm (H)

  • Weight: 480 g

Ingredients:
Oregon chestnuts, wheat flour, milk, yeast, sugar, butter, lemon zest, marzipan, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, vanilla, salt, blackcurrants, golden raisins, almonds, rum, lemon peel, orange peel, Montmorency cherries, Bartlett pear, Italian plum

This is a traditional German treat enjoyed during Advent while counting down to Christmas. Slice thinly and enjoy! We use local dried fruits harvested in summer, premium European-style almond marzipan, and sugar-preserved Oregon chestnuts from this autumn’s harvest. Perfect with coffee, tea, or a cinnamon-spiced mulled wine.

Shipping:
For shipping, items will be sent boxed only to ensure quality. Thank you for your understanding.

Shelf Life:

  • Up to 1 month below 10°C

  • Up to 1.5 months in the refrigerator

  • Up to 2.5 months in the freezer

After opening, to maintain moisture, store the stollen in a zip-top bag in a cool, dark place.
