The market takes place on the beautiful Portland State University campus, in the South Park Blocks between SW Hall and SW Montgomery.

MATCHA CHIFFON CAKE WITH SWEETENED AZUKI BEANS, CHERRY COMPOTE & FRESH LYCHEE
Delicate matcha chiffon cake paired with sweetened azuki beans and house-made cherry compote, crowned with fresh lychee. Topped with Kirsch vanilla whipped cream and adorned with lavender blossoms for a subtle floral finish.

MAPLE & BANANA SWISS ROLL CAKE WITH FRESH BANANA AND RUM RAISIN CREAM
A soft and fluffy maple Swiss roll filled with fresh bananas and rich rum raisin cream. Finished with maple coffee cream and decorated with red currants from the first harvest of the season from my garden, adding a bright touch of summer freshness.

FRESH WHITE PEACH EARL GREY SHORTCAKE WITH RHUBARB EARL GREY CREAM
Light Earl Grey sponge cake layered with fresh white peaches and Earl Grey-infused rhubarb cream. The fragrant notes of bergamot run throughout the cake, complementing the delicate sweetness of seasonal white peaches and the gentle tartness of rhubarb.

HOJI-CHA TIRAMISU
A Japanese-inspired tiramisu featuring the warm, roasted aroma of premium hojicha. Layers of delicate cream and hojicha-soaked cake come together in a perfectly balanced dessert with rich yet refined flavors.
Finished with a touch of lavender harvested from my garden, adding a subtle floral note and a beautiful seasonal garnish.

ROYAL MILK TEA & MANGO POUND CAKE
One of our customer favorites is returning this weekend!
A moist and buttery pound cake infused with fragrant black tea and enriched with dark rum for added depth and warmth. Finished with a delicate royal milk tea glaze, this elegant seasonal loaf beautifully balances rich tea aroma with sweet dried mango.

BAKED FRESH PLUM TORTE WITH RHUBARB CONFITURE
A rustic yet elegant torte featuring fresh baked plums nestled in a tender, buttery cake. Served with house-made rhubarb compote, whose bright tartness beautifully complements the natural sweetness of the plums.
