Hinamatsuri (Girls' Day) Special Cake

Hinamatsuri, or Girls' Day, is a traditional Japanese celebration wishing for the healthy growth of young girls. In Japan, it is celebrated on March 3rd, but this year, we are offering a special Hinamatsuri cake on Saturday, February 28th, at the PSU Farmers Market.

This year’s special cake features a matcha sponge layered with fresh strawberries, sakura-flavored whipped cream, raspberry confiture, and sweet red bean paste. It’s a beautifully crafted cake, perfect for Hinamatsuri. Don’t miss this limited opportunity to place your order!

ひな祭りは、女の子の健やかな成長を願う日本の伝統的なお祭りです。日本では3月3日に祝いますが、今年は特別に 2月28日（土） にPSUファーマーズマーケットで限定のひな祭りケーキを販売いたします。
